THE NORTH SAILS 3DL PRODUCTION TEAM IN MINDEN, NEVADA is looking for qualified, responsible people to learn the most advanced laminated composite sailmaking process in the world.
Successful
candidates will be ready and able to learn quickly, work hard, and have
fun. You will work in an advanced 24-hour, seven-day-a-week production
facility where we use computer-driven robotic machinery, trained eyes,
and experienced hands to build sails for yachts that win races and set
records around the world. And we are just 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe.
We can see the ski slopes and the mountain-bike
trails from our windows.
Experience in a manufacturing or production facility is useful but not required; a solid work history is important. Bring your enthusiasm, commitment, and appreciation of teamwork. We'll teach you everything else you need to succeed.

an experienced quality assurance engineer.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in composites,
polymers, textiles, or a combination of these areas. This is a hands-on
position requiring supervision of projects and people and individual contributions
both in the lab and on the shop floor. The job will require some US and
