Performance Series 3DL 860 sails feature a blend of North Flex-Balanced™ carbon and high-modulus black aramid yarn with a higher percentage of carbon yarn for additional shareholding power. 3DL 860 sails are the performance leaders of the North Performance Series, designed to deliver an unequalled combination of speed, shapeholding and value to small-to-midsize racers and offshore one-designs.
New for 2012 are black high-modulus aramid structural yarn and smoke gray films, producing a striking high-tech appearance. In addition, all Performance Series 3DL scrims are now bonded to films before lamination for enhanced laminate stability.
