James started working for North Sails Antigua in 2011 in the Superyacht sector after learning the trade working on much smaller sails. Three years later, James moved to North Sails Palma and worked on the floor until he was asked to be service manager for Palma. He loves working with so many skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly people as well as living in Mallorca, the Superyacht center of the Mediterranean.
