Hired as Production Manager for North Sails NZ by Tom Schnackenberg, John has served in a number of capacities: production, design, special projects, Blue Book development,  3DL production, and more. Sailing highlights include  the America’s Cup in 1987 with Kookaburra, and sailing with winning Admirals Cup and Southern Cross teams.

John’s current role at North Sails is to establish and manage the operational standards required to deliver industry-leading products and customer experience around the globe. He is also in charge of the management of global operations, including sales, service, design, scheduling, supply chain, and manufacturing.
