Jack Christiansen

Jack Christiansen joined North Sails in 1995, and more than 26 years later he continues to help sailors throughout Washington, Alaska, Montana, Idaho and points beyond. The Pacific Northwest offers diverse sailing opportunities. Jack’s commitment to fulfilling customer needs and his strong background in sail design and production enable all his customers to achieve their individual sailing goals. Christiansen’s sailing experience spans Lasers and J24s to Swan 80s and HH66s. from Seattle to Italy to St. Barts. Jack was a Collegiate All-American in 1985 (University of Washington) and a year later won the USYRU Men’s Sailing Championship (Mallory Cup). Christiansen was named Seattle Yacht Club’s Sailor of the Year in 1991. In 2004, Jack, his wife Ann and their son Peter were named Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle’s Sailing Family of the Year.

Among his multiple class and national titles, Jack has championships in the J/35, J24, Thunderbird, Thistle and Swan Cup. Jack is dedicated to helping his clients in the best way possible. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his family and fly-fishing “for any type of fish in fresh or salt water,” or just planning possible outings!
