Noel has extensive experience within many One Design classes, including the Etchells, J24, Lasers, and A-Class Catamarans. He also competes in the grand prix arena, with RC44s and TP52s. Noel most recently competed in the Etchells Worlds in Brisbane in 2018, sailing with John Bertrand and Ben Lamb, where he became very interested in sail development.

Noel is based in Sydney, Australia, and is One Design Manager, with an extensive sailmaking background.
