The Kohler Cup
The J Class Association and North Sails are proud to announce the inaugural Kohler Cup, a trophy named in memory of Terry Kohler, former owner of North Sails, entrepreneur and philanthropist. The Kohler Cup is a season-long points championship awarded to a J-Class yacht. Over the course of the season, each yacht will accumulate points based on their results, with events bearing more significance as the season progresses. The trophy will be presented at the J-Class World Championship in Newport, RI, August 2017.
