Each entrant may enter up to a maximum of five images into the competition. Entries must be in digital format only and entered online via northsails.com – no prints or slides will be accepted. Entries must be JPEG files and be the best quality available with a minimum file size of 2MB. All photographs submitted must be the work of the individual who submits them. Entrants must ensure that photographs and video have been taken with the permission of the subject (where necessary) and do not infringe the copyright of any third party. By submitting a photograph or video clip to this Competition entrants agree that North Sails reserves the right to free reproduction and exhibition the image in all media. Photographers/Videographers will be credited if an image or video is used. The copyright of photo + video remains with the owner, but must be free from watermarks. 

Entry to the competition is free, open to everyone, and in acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your permission. Prizes are non-transferable.
