Jeremy has been part of the team since 2001. He enjoys the opportunities provided by North Sails: meeting new people, having the opportunity to sail and win races on a variety of boats in “some of the nicest places in the world,” and the camaraderie of his co-workers. While he laments the fact that he’d like to be able to spend more time on the water with his family, he does get to work at what he loves.

His advice to those who want to make their hobby into their job: “The best way for young aspiring sailors to succeed is to spend as much time on the water as possible. The two main factors to doing well in sailing are time and money. Not everyone has the money, but when you are young you have time on your side.”

When Jeremy’s not sailing with clients or family, he keeps fit by cycling, running and (when time and waves allow it), surfing.
