Paul started sailmaking in 1990 and joined the North Sails group in 1994.

Starting as a hands-on sailmaker, Paul is now currently Global Sales Manager of the One Design segment. With a passion for One Design racing, Paul has won three World and eight National titles in the Albacore and Enterprise Classes, as well as twice winner of the “Endeavour Trophy:”, the UK Champions of Champions.

Paul is also an Olympic coach! Over the past 23 years he has worked with Olympic sailors specialising in the Finn class. He leads the team that developed gold medal winning sails in the Finn class at the past five Olympic Games.
