Rodrigo came to North Sails in 1995 to work in San Diego with the One Design division. An avid Star sailor, he was inspired to be part of the North Sails organization after competing against great sailors like Lowell North, Robbie Haines, and Dennis Conner, who all used North Sails.

During his tenure, Rodrigo has been involved in all facets of sailmaking: sales to design, one-design to maxi and he is now the Global Manufacturing Manager. Along the way, he appreciates both the lifelong friendships and quality one-design sailing that have come his way.
