What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to shop online and pick up your order in a selected North Sails store, at no extra cost.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

At checkout, select “Click & Collect” as your delivery option and choose the store most convenient for you. Service availability differs depending on the items and stores near you.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order arrives at the chosen store and is ready for collection.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID. If someone collects on your behalf, they must present a signed authorization from you along with their own ID.

How long will the store keep my order?

Your order will be held for 1 month after you receive the “ready for pickup” notification. After this period, it will be returned and refunded.

Can I return items ordered using the Click & Collect feature?

Yes. Items purchased with Click & Collect can be returned through our Returns Portal. For full details, please see our FAQ – Returns & Exchanges.

Can I cancel a Click & Collect order?

If you wish to cancel your Click & Collect order, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team as soon as possible for assistance.

Is there a cost for using Click & Collect?

No, this service is completely free of charge.

Can I choose any North Sails store for collection?

Click & Collect is available in selected North Sails stores. The list of eligible locations will be displayed during checkout.
