Who can join North Sails Club?
The Program is open to anyone over the age of 18. Membership is limited to individuals and cannot be shared or transferred. Each individual may only maintain one North Sails Club account.
How do i join?
To join the club, you must create an account here on the North Sails website, or you can join in store by speaking to a member of our team.
Is it free to join?
Yes, it does not cost anything to register an account and become a North sails Club member.
How do I earn points and rewards?
Members earn one point for every €1 spent on apparel here on the North Sails website or in a North Sails store. Purchases of North Sails apparel made via partner retailers will not earn club points. Your rewards will be granted as you earn points and automatically added to your account.
Will I earn points on discounted items?
Yes, discounted items are eligible and purchasing them will contribute to your points balance.
Are there different levels of the club and how do they work?
The North Sails club is made up of the following levels:
- Blue - Acheived when you register
- Bronze - Acheived at 250 points
- Silver - Acheived at 500 points
- Gold - Acheived at 1000 points

How do i receive and use my rewards?
As you progress through the levels of the program you will be rewarded for achieving milestones with cash vouchers. We will notify you by email when you have a new voucher to spend. When you want to spend your vouchers you can do so in the following ways:
- Spending vouchers online: You can view and activate available vouchers from the club page in your account or by entering the specific voucher code at the checkout.
- Spending vouchers in-store: You can spend any available vouchers in our stores by providing your email address at the point of purchase. The person serving you will then check your account and apply any relevant vouchers as you wish.
Can i combine my loyalty rewards with other offers?
No, loyalty vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers.
Can I transfer points to or from another account?
No, you cannot transfer points between accounts. If you need to update the email address associated with your account, for example because you no longer have access to it, you contact our customer service team here.
Will my points expire?
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 24 months may be deactivated, resulting in the loss of all accumulated rewards.
What happens if I return an item?
Returning an item will result in loss of the points earned from purchasing it.
Can I terminate my membership?
You can terminate your club membership at any time by contacting our customer service team here.
