Hugues Destremau has been sailing since he was a kid. He sailed the Flying Dutchman at the 1992 Olympic Trials, the 1993 Whitbread, and the 1995 America’s Cup, as well as offshore Orma trimarans and TP52s. He has also been deeply involved with the IMOCA class.

He joined North Sails in Vannes as a design coordinator, and is now a salesman.
