• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product free of charge.

  This step is required for your return to be processed. Once the form has been completed, you can proceed with the return.

  
  Inside the package, you will find the prepaid return labels and the packing list showing your purchased items. Please return the items in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

  
  Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the parcel, making sure it completely covers the previous shipping label and any old delivery information.

  
  Using our prepaid return label ensures refund coverage in the event of loss or theft while the parcel is being transported to our warehouse in Italy. If you choose not to use the return label provided by North Sails, North Sails cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other issues that may occur during transit.

  Please ensure that you use the carrier corresponding to the country from which you are returning your parcel. Using a different carrier may cause delays in the shipment and processing of your return.

  
  Follow the instructions provided on the relevant carrier’s website to find your nearest drop-off location or, where available, arrange a pickup.

  
  We will process your refund within 14 business days from the date your return is shipped.
