PHANTOM DL-1 MAINSAIL

The Phantom DL-1 mainsail is our fullest cut sail for the Phantom, designed for sailors over the 100kg mark this sail is the ultimate in power. Its a full radial cut which allows the shaping to be added exactly where its needed and helps to share the high clew loads seen in the Phantom when using lots of Kicker in stronger winds. Designed to suit all popular mast sections. The North NLXi06 aramid sailcloth allows great shape holding and durability whilist keeping the sail supple and easy to read in the lighter airs.

North Paneled Laminates are woven by North Sails, and are the market’s highest-performance 2D laminate race sailcloth. A proprietary polyester resin system resists heat, water, and UV at a level unmatched by any string sail. Sails cut from NPL are significantly stronger, lower stretch, and lighter than competitor brands.
