Can I track my order?
We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email, so you will know when to expect the delivery. Once the order has been sent to the delivery provider, you will receive a tracking code, With this, you can check what the exact date and time of your delivery will be.
Please note that these timelines are determined by our shipping providers. In case you would like to arrange a different time of delivery, or the shipment was not delivered at the indicated time, please contact our customer service.
When will my order be sent?
If you place an order from Monday to Thursday, it will be shipped within 48 hours. If you placed your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your item(s) will be shipped starting from the first working day after the purchase.
When can I expect my order?
Typically, a shipment will be delivered within 1-3 working days starting from the shipment day. Please visit our shipping page for more information.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the country you would like to have your item(s) delivered and the total basket amount. Shipping cost will be calculated for you during checkout.
What is your return policy
Returning a purchase is free of charge and should be done within 30 days from the delivery date
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Contact our customer service and they will assist you. Please note that if you bought the item(s) in a shop you have to contact directly the store.
Can I change my order online?
Unfortunately, after placing an order, it is not possible to change or modify it.
If you selected the wrong size/color/item and the order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it, refund the amount and you can place a new one.
If you have received it and it doesn’t satisfy your expectations, you can return it for free and you will be refunded. If you wish to receive a different style, you can place a new order.
Do I get a confirmation when you receive my return order?
Our customer service will send you an email informing you of the successful status of your refund. If you want to track you return, please use the tracking number on the return label.
